What was the highlight of Matsue Urban Hotel
Very Good
The hotel was located close to the station so very convenient for public transport and the shops. Our room was in the corner so had a very nice view. It was also very clean and the bed was comfortable too. Staff seemed very friendly, we had a lovely stay.
The room looked a bit dated but everything was working ok. The reception area was nice though, looked quite new and modern.

Very pleasant accomodations with free amenities and a great location with trans., shop., and food.
The breakfast was small, compared to American meals, but satisfying if you add a little rice and tea.
The size of the rooms were small but there's nothing you can do about that. It's also typically small, because Japan has smaller rooms overall.

Being close to the station was the best part. Laundry facilities were very convenient
Staff was helpful. Location was great! Nice that it was central. Having the library as a waiting area for laundering is a brilliant touch!
Just came from Matsue New Urban, so was definitely not what was expected. It was quite a bit less exciting. ????‍️
